Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to create a warm, engaging bakery experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help them choose cake options while promoting seasonal promotions.

You will handle orders at the POS, suggest add-ons, and keep the shop tidy. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliable attendance, and ability to work 8:30–3:30, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education required, prior guest service in bakery/retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and identify needs per NbC service steps.
• Maintain product knowledge to educate guests on cake options and pricing.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations (balloons, candles, cards).
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club.
• Keep bakery presentation clean and organized, including sweeping and cleaning as needed.
• Replenish retail merchandise and cake display to maintain strong visuals.
• Assist the Crafter with decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30.
