Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #233 is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests, answer questions, and help create joyful celebrations. You will learn NbC Sweet Steps of Service and assist with cake orders in a welcoming bakery environment.

This role emphasizes product knowledge, friendly communication, and efficient service at the point of sale. You will upsell occasion accents and ensure a clean, organized display that delights guests.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required, but prior guest service in bakery/restaurant/retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs.
• Maintains strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake options, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggests additional merchandise to complete a celebration.
• Processes guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Keeps bakery clean and displays well-stocked.
• Assists in cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follows health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code.
• Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality; works M-F, 8:30-3:30.
