Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative to create a warm, welcoming experience for guests in our bakery. You will educate guests on cake options, handle orders at the POS, and upsell related merchandise to celebrate special occasions.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean display, assisting with cake packaging, and upholding health and safety standards while delivering reliable, friendly service. Flexible scheduling supports busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education required, but guest service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, energetic demeanor and strong communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine needs to guide their choice.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, and promotions.
• Process orders efficiently using the POS system and upsell merchandise.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and display cases.
• Assist in cake decorations and packaging as needed.
• Follow health, safety guidelines and NbC policies.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
