Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes seeks a Guest Service Representative to create a warm, welcoming environment for guests, share cake knowledge, and help celebrate occasions.

You will greet guests, process orders via POS, upsell accessories, keep display cases neat, and uphold NbC standards. No formal education required; 16+ age; prior guest service is a plus. Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education required, but prior guest service at bakery/restaurant/retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth to determine needs and provide a superior guest experience.
• Educate guests about cake options, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain clean bakery presentation and replenish displays.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
