Job summary

A Dunkin Donuts Baker will be responsible for making a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products. The role requires self-motivation, adherence to a schedule, multitasking, and the ability to work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision.

You will follow and complete a daily par sheet, produce quality baked goods following Dunkin Donuts guidelines, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work in other positions is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner.
• Physical capability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision.
• Must follow and implement daily par sheet and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures for consistent customer experiences.
• Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and baked products.
• Work within a schedule, multitask, and possibly work overnight/early mornings with minimal supervision.
• Follow daily par sheets and uphold Dunkin Donuts guidelines for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards through proper handling.
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels, and be flexible to switch between positions as needed.
