Responsibilities include following par sheets, maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborating across positions as needed. Candidates must be 18+ and capable of handling baking equipment and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and learn to use a wide range of baking and kitchen equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat manner
• Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Required motion: pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous use of fingers and wrists

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures to ensure consistent customer experiences
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other products
• Work overnight and early mornings with minimal supervision and multi-task
• Follow daily par sheets and maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards
• Adjust to changing par levels and switch between positions as needed
