Job summary

Dunkin Donuts is looking for a Baker to produce a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries, and other baked goods. The role requires self-motivation, adherence to a set schedule, and the ability to work overnight and early mornings with minimal supervision.

You will follow a daily par sheet, ensure quality and safety per Dunkin Donuts guidelines, and maintain health department standards through proper handling and cleanliness. You may rotate to other positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to learn and use a wide array of baking equipment and tools.
• Physically capable: stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, bend and kneel.
• Able to push/pull/stretch and use hands and wrists continuously.

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures for consistent customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other products.
• Work schedule including overnight and early morning hours with little supervision.
• Follow daily par sheet and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards through proper handling.
