Job summary

Dunkin Donuts is seeking a Baker to produce a variety of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked goods. The role requires self-motivation, ability to work a fixed schedule, and capability to handle overnight and early morning shifts with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include following a daily par sheet, maintaining Dunkin's quality and safety guidelines, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills and be able to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner.
• Must be over 18 years of age and able to use and learn to use baking and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow site- and brand-specific procedures to deliver consistent, quality customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision and manage a specific schedule.
• Follow daily par sheet and produce goods following Dunkin Donuts guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain health department and food safety standards through proper handling and cleanliness.
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels and switch between positions as needed.
