Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Baker who will produce a wide range of donuts, breads and pastries. The role requires self-motivation, adherence to schedules, and the ability to work overnight and early hours with minimal supervision.

You will follow daily par sheets, maintain strict food safety standards, and adapt to changing production needs while keeping customers happy with friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Ability to use and learn a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.
• Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds; able to push, pull, stretch, and use fingers/wrists continually.

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures to offer consistent, quality customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work a schedule including overnight and early morning hours with little supervision.
• Follow a daily par sheet, ensure safety and cleanliness, and maintain health department standards.
• Adjust to changing par levels and be flexible to work in other positions as needed.
