Job summary

Dunkin Donuts is hiring a Baker to produce donuts, breads, pastries and other baked goods. The role requires self-motivation, adherence to schedules, and ability to work overnight or early morning hours with minimal supervision.

You will follow a daily par sheet, ensure quality, and maintain safety and cleanliness to meet health standards. Availability and flexibility are required as schedules vary.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Must be over 18 and able to learn use of baking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures to deliver consistent customer experiences.
• Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked goods.
• Work overnight and early mornings with minimal supervision.
• Follow daily par sheets and bake to Dunkin guidelines; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Uphold health department and company food safety standards.
