Job summary

Dunkin Donuts is seeking a Baker to produce a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked goods. The role requires self-motivation and the ability to work a schedule that includes overnight and early morning hours with little supervision.

You will follow a daily par sheet, ensure quality and cleanliness, and adhere to strict food safety standards. Candidates should have basic reading and math skills and be able to learn various equipment.

Qualifications

• Good communication and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly manner.
• Must be over 18 and capable of using a wide range of baking equipment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of repetitive motions and handling tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand procedures to deliver consistent customer experiences.
• Bake donuts, breads, pastries, and other products as assigned.
• Work shifts including overnight and early morning with minimal supervision.
• Follow a daily par sheet and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain health department standards through proper food handling.
• Adjust to changing par levels and work across positions as needed.
• Be flexible to switch between roles within the operation.
