Job summary

Dunkin Donuts is seeking a Baker to produce donuts, breads, pastries and other baked goods. The role requires reliability, ability to work a schedule, multitask, and handle overnight and early morning shifts with minimal supervision.

You will follow a daily par sheet and maintain safety and cleanliness per company guidelines while delivering friendly service to customers. Must be 18+ and able to use baking equipment; stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment.
• Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/kneeling.
• Ability to push/pull/stretch and use fingers and wrists continuously.

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures to offer consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work within a schedule, multitask, and be able to work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision.
• Follow and complete a daily par sheet; produce high-quality goods per Dunkin Donuts guidelines; maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards through proper handling and cleanliness.
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels and be flexible to switch between positions as needed.
