Job summary

Dunkin Donuts is seeking a Baker to prepare a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked goods. The role requires self-motivation, adherence to schedules, and the ability to work overnight and early mornings with minimal supervision.

You will follow daily par sheets, produce quality products according to Dunkin Donuts guidelines and uphold strict health and safety standards. Flexibility to work in other bakery stations is expected.

Qualifications

• Good communication and ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner.
• Must be over 18 years of age and able to learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow site and brand procedures to provide consistent, quality customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work within a schedule, multi-task, and may work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision.
• Follow daily par sheet and bake goods per Dunkin Donuts guidelines, maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness.
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels; switch between positions as needed.
