Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Baker to produce a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries, and other baked goods. The role requires self-motivation, adherence to a schedule, and the ability to work overnight or early morning hours with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include following a daily par sheet, ensuring high-quality baked goods per Dunkin Donuts guidelines, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work in other positions within the operation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to learn a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner.
• Standing up to 8 hours, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Follow site- and brand-specific procedures to offer consistent, quality customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work within a schedule, multi-task, and handle overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision.
• Follow and complete a daily par sheet and produce quality baked goods following Dunkin Donuts guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards through proper handling and cleanliness.
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels; switch between positions as needed.
• Work in other positions inside the operation and switch between positions as needed.
