Dunkin Donuts is hiring a Baker to produce a wide range of donuts, breads and pastries. The role requires self-motivation, ability to work within a schedule, and to multi‑task during overnight and early morning hours with little supervision.

You will follow a daily par sheet, ensure high-quality baked goods, and uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced Dunkin Donuts environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading and math skills.
• Over 18 years old and able to operate baking equipment.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow site and brand procedures to ensure quality customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work overnight and early morning shifts with minimal supervision.
• Follow a daily par sheet and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain health department and company food-safety standards.
• Be flexible to switch between positions as needed.
