Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth across the US, meeting with clients in person and coordinating with installation crews. The base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 with uncapped commissions.

Top performers have earned well over six figures, and many reps exceed $230K annually. Qualifications include 2+ years in B2B sales, strong communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/ZoomInfo), and a valid driver's license; hybrid field-based work is supported

Qualifications

Two or more years of B2B sales experience in construction/industrial or commercial markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and planning skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-changing, self-directed environment.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders
Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly
Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM
Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with installation crews
