Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Rep to drive B2B growth by meeting activity goals for quotes and orders, delivering solutions in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.

You will manage customer records in Salesforce, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with installation crews, including occasional weekend work. Flexible to work from a home office when not meeting clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience in construction/industrial markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and planning skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment with self-direction.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth with in-person calls, quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Coordinate installation-site activities with field crews, including weekends/holidays.
