Job summary
Stonhard, a leader in high-performance floor systems, is hiring an Outside Sales - Strategic Account Management position. You will drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls, manage installation-site projects, and coordinate with our Construction Division crews.
Remote-friendly role within the US territory; requires residency and travel as needed. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales, strong communication skills, CRM experience (Salesforce/ZoomInfo), and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of related B2B sales experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Computer literacy including CRM systems and MS 365.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and activity goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and logs in Salesforce.
- Coordinate installation-site projects with crews (occasional weekend/holiday work).
