Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in an assigned California territory. This role involves remote work when not in the field, with on-site project oversight and frequent client visits to manage installations.

Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, plus uncapped commissions and strong earning potential. Candidates should have 2+ years in B2B sales within construction/industrial markets, plus CRM proficiency (Salesforce/ZoomInfo).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in construction/industrial markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and planning skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM
• Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with installation crews
