Eight Eleven Group is seeking an Associate Account Executive in Atlanta, GA. The role starts in a structured B2B sales training program, advancing to front-of-house client engagements with decision-makers.

You will build partnerships, develop a book of business, and drive revenue within consulting and professional services. After completing training, you will spend most of your time in front of clients delivering solutions, while leveraging a proven playbook and ongoing learning through Eight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and pursue 3–5 target accounts.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients through meetings and events.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and successful projects.
• Present solutions to C-suite executives and align with roadmaps.
• Meet and exceed target sales goals; set personal/team goals with management.
• All other duties as assigned by the Company.
