Eight Eleven Group is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join a comprehensive B2B sales training program that emphasizes a relationship-driven, client-focused approach to selling consulting and professional services. After training, expect to spend 80% of time in front of client decision makers to build partnerships, pipelines, and win-win engagements with our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to participate in a structured training program and engage clients at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and pursuits in designated target accounts (3–5).
• Build and sustain relationships with new and existing clients through onsite meetings and presentations.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and achieve outcomes.
• Present to C‑suite executives and champion solutions for project roadmaps.
• Meet and exceed target sales goals and set personal/team objectives.
