Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship brand, is seeking an Associate Account Executive in Indianapolis to join a comprehensive outside B2B sales training program focused on learning how to take a relationship-driven, client-focused approach to selling consulting and professional services.

After training, 80% of your time will be in front of client decision-makers to build partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and secure engagements with our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and pursue 3-5 designated target accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through meetings and events.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that drive project success.
• Advocate for clients to improve their experience and outcomes.
• Present to senior executives and champion solutions for roadmaps.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
