Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a Business Manager to partner with front-line retail teams within a defined territory to identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities. You will hunt for new leads, manage a sales funnel, and deliver compelling proposals while ensuring customers are trained on products and services.

This role involves frequent store visits, field support, and collaboration with Verizon's business team to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business dealings.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to frequent change.
• Two years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
• Wireless retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota for assigned area.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads through daily prospecting.
• Partner with retail on coordinated prospecting efforts.
• Daily funnel management including lead progress and sales forecasting.
• Build and deliver impactful sales proposals to prospective business customers.
• Ensure customers are trained on purchased products and services.
• Travel within assigned territory as needed to support stores and customers.
