Job summary

Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team of up to ten outside B2B representatives focused on new customer acquisition. You’ll coach, prospect, and close new logos, setting aggressive targets and building trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a B2B outside sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-logo targets in hunter sales.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a hunter-first outside sales team in the field.
• Open doors through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting.
• Manage quotas, pipeline, and new-logo targets, using CRM for tracking.
• Represent Victra in the local business community and partner with Marketing.
