Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Business Manager to partner with frontline retail sales teams, identify and close business sales, and prospect for new opportunities within a defined territory.

You will manage funnels, deliver sales proposals, train store staff, and travel to assigned locations while meeting monthly quotas and nurturing customer relationships. This role blends leadership, analysis, and hands-on selling to drive B2B growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment preferred.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota for assigned area.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads through daily prospecting.
• Partner with retail on coordinated prospecting efforts.
• Daily funnel management including tracking lead progress and forecasting.
• Build and deliver impactful sales proposals to business customers.
