Job summary

Victra seeks a Business Manager to partner with front-line retail teams across the assigned area, qualify and close B2B sales opportunities, and hunt for new business through proactive prospecting. You will manage the sales funnel daily and collaborate with Verizon's business team to support initiatives.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, on-floor collaboration, and ongoing training to drive revenue growth in a dynamic wireless retail environment.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task and adapt to change.
• Two years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Wireless retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota for the assigned area.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads through daily prospecting.
• Partner with retail on coordinated prospecting efforts.
• Daily funnel management: track lead progress and forecast sales.
• Build and deliver impactful sales proposals to business customers.
• Ensure business customers are fully satisfied with products and service.
• Travel to assigned retail locations; train staff on products and services.
• Assist with on-floor selling and telephone support for stores and customers.
• Stay informed on processes, promotions and incentives.
• Attend meetings and calls as needed.
