Allegiant Business Group is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to blend direct sales with leadership and mentorship. You will meet business owners and employees in your territory while coaching newer agents as they learn our processes and approach.

You will operate as an independent contractor with schedule and territory flexibility, supported by structured training and leadership resources to grow your book of business and raise team performance.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales or leadership/mentorship roles.
• Ability to coach newer agents and lead by example.
• Proven relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow relationships with small to mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Mentor and coach newer agents through field guidance.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
