Allegiant Business Group is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to blend outside sales with leadership and mentorship. You will meet with business owners and employees within your territory while coaching newer agents as they learn our systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership roles.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Mentor and coach newer agents through field coaching.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals.
