Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a full-time B2B Direct Sales Representative & Trainer to grow a local Texas territory while expanding your own book of business. You will conduct in-person benefit presentations, enroll clients, and mentor newer agents.

This role blends outside sales with leadership, offering structured onboarding, ongoing product and compliance training, licensing support, and uncapped earning potential through commissions and performance bonuses. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership roles.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
