Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks a full-time B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to expand their impact by developing others while growing their own book of business. You’ll meet business owners face-to-face, coach newer agents, and drive the sales process with structured training and leadership support.

The role blends direct sales with mentorship, offering referral-based opportunities along with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Outside sales experience is required or highly preferred.
Leadership or mentorship experience in a sales setting.
Excellent face-to-face relationship-building abilities.
Organized, self-motivated and dependable with strong follow-through.
Willing to obtain Health & Life licensing.

Responsibilities

Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
Lead by example through consistent personal production.
Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
Structured onboarding and hands-on field training.
Ongoing product, compliance, and leadership education.
