Allegiant Business Group is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to lead by mentoring others while expanding your own book of business. The role blends outside sales with leadership, meeting business owners and employees in your territory.

You will coach new agents, enjoy a flexible schedule as you build relationships, and access structured training, support, and leadership resources. With commission-based income and weekly base draw, you can develop your consulting skills and travel

Qualifications

• Outside sales, leadership, or mentorship experience.
• Ability to mentor others while growing personal book of business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain client/activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect opportunities via referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
