Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to drive new business while mentoring peers in a fast-paced, local territory. This full-time role blends outside sales with leadership coaching and ongoing client service.

You will meet with business owners and employees, present benefits solutions, and guide newer agents through our systems and processes. A flexible schedule supports field autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, leadership, or mentorship roles.

• Excel in face-to-face, relationship-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
