Allegiant Business Group seeks a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive client relationships in a local Texas territory while mentoring newer agents. The role blends direct, in-person sales with leadership development and coaching, operating as an independent contractor with structured support and training from the leadership team.

You will manage a book of business, execute presentations, and protect relationships through proactive service and referrals.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, leadership, or mentorship roles.
• Ability to develop client relationships and present solutions.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Strong organizational and travel capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
