Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, leadership, or mentorship roles.
• Ability to develop others while growing personal book of business.
• Strong in face-to-face, relationship-focused sales.
• Organized, self-motivated, dependable, with travel locally.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
