Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or mentoring roles.
• Ability to develop others while growing personal book of business.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through personal production and teamwork.
• Maintain client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Prospect new opportunities via referrals and networking.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service and re-servicing.
