Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to lead and mentor while expanding your own client book in a territory. You’ll meet with business owners and employees, deliver benefit presentations, and coach newer agents to adopt our systems and approach.

The role blends outside sales with leadership, offering independent contractor flexibility, structured training, and leadership support to help you grow professionally and financially.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership/mentorship roles.
• Ability to mentor and coach others in field.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
