Allegiant Business Group is seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to grow our local territory and mentor newer agents. You’ll combine outside sales with leadership, meeting business owners and employees in person while guiding teammates on our systems and approach.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling within a supportive, training-focused environment, with opportunities to earn commission and advance into leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales with local territory focus.
• Proven leadership or mentorship background.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, dependable with reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Mentor newer agents through field coaching.
• Lead by example through personal production.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for client records.
• Prospect opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service and re-servicing.
