Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks a full-time B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to blend direct sales with leadership and mentorship. You’ll meet business owners and employees in your territory while coaching newer agents on systems and approaches, with independence in scheduling and territory management.

You will participate in structured training, product and compliance education, and leadership mentorship, while pursuing health and life licensing support to expand your services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales, leadership, or mentorship experience.
• Able to mentor and develop other agents.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities via referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
