Allegiant Business Group is seeking a high-energy B2B Sales Representative & Trainer in Texas. The role blends outside sales with leadership, mentoring newer agents, and growing your book of business through face-to-face client engagements.

You’ll coach and develop others while meeting business owners and employees in your territory, with support, structured training, and leadership resources to help you succeed and advance.

Qualifications

• Have prior experience in outside sales, leadership, or mentorship roles.
• Willing to obtain a Health & Life license.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
