Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a full-time B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to energize growth by developing others while expanding your own book of business. You’ll split time between direct client meetings and coaching newer agents, with flexibility over your territory and access to structured training and leadership support.

You’ll mentor, build relationships with small to mid-sized businesses, and tailor supplemental insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with leadership or mentorship responsibilities
• Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
• Willingness to travel locally and manage a schedule

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with business clients through in-person meetings
• Present benefits and enrollment options to clients and employees
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs
• Mentor and coach newer agents to ramp up quickly
• Lead by example with personal sales production and integrity
• Keep accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM
• Generate new opportunities via referrals and networking
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and drive team development
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing
