Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a full-time B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to lead by lifting others up, while expanding their own book of business. You’ll combine outside sales with leadership, mentoring newer agents, and coaching teams toward success.

In this hybrid field role, you’ll meet business owners and employees in your territory, deliver enrollment-style presentations, and use Salesforce to track clients. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or mentorship roles.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop others.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
