Allegiant Business Group is recruiting a Sales Representative & Field Trainer in the United States to blend outside sales with leadership development, focusing on a local territory and mentoring newer agents.

The role involves meeting with business owners and employees, presenting supplemental insurance options, coaching agents, and maintaining records, all while enjoying flexible scheduling and an independent contractor structure with supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or mentorship roles.
• Ability to lead and coach agents and teams.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life insurance licensing as needed.
• Reliable transportation and local travel capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
