Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to expand the book of business while mentoring newer agents. This full-time role blends field sales with leadership development; you’ll present to business owners, coach teammates, and help shape strategies while benefiting from flexible territory control.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in outside sales, strong relationship skills, and a willingness to obtain Health & Life licenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership roles.
• Willingness to mentor and develop others.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally within the territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through personal production and integrity.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service and follow-up.
