Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas seeks a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to grow a client base and mentor newer agents in our field. You will conduct in-person benefit presentations, build strong business relationships, and drive WOW service while expanding your own portfolio.

This full-time role offers commission-based earnings with a base draw, structured training, and leadership development opportunities. A flexible schedule and local travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership/mentorship roles.
• Ability to train others while expanding own book of business.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willing to travel locally and manage a territory.
• Must obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Mentor and coach newer agents in field operations and company systems.
• Lead by example through personal sales production and goal setting.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
