Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas is seeking a full-time B2B Sales Representative & Trainer who blends outside sales with leadership and mentorship. You’ll meet with business owners and employees within your territory while coaching newer agents as they learn our systems and approach.

This role offers flexible schedule and independence as independent contractor, with structured training, support, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and mentoring others.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production and activity records in Salesforce.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
