Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to grow a local territory by selling supplemental insurance and mentoring new agents. You will meet business owners and employees face-to-face, build lasting relationships, and coach teammates while expanding your own book of business.

The role offers commission-based income with a weekly base draw, flexible territory control, and ongoing leadership development through structured training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or mentorship roles.
• Proven ability to train and coach others.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
