Allegiant Business Group is hiring a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to drive direct sales with business owners while mentoring newer agents. The role blends field sales, coaching, and leadership, offering flexible scheduling and delivery of insurance solutions to employees and their families.

The ideal candidate has experience in outside sales and leadership roles, excels in relationship-building, and travels locally to serve clients within the territory.

Qualifications

• Have prior experience in outside sales, leadership, or mentorship roles.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others while maintaining own sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
