Formación

• 0–3 years in sales, customer service, or related customer-facing role.
• Able to build rapport quickly and proactively reach out by phone.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for customer visits (mileage reimbursement).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain customer relationships through calls, visits, and consultative selling.
• Prospect and develop new accounts while growing existing ones.
• Collaborate with team on shared sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Conduct on-site visits and product demos when it benefits the customer.
• Learn Grimco’s product portfolio and customer needs.
