Job summary

Grimco is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales professional in Phoenix for a mixed inside and outside role. You will build and maintain relationships with cities, contractors, and businesses, using calls, visits, and consultative selling to grow accounts.

Travel may be required for on-site visits and product demos as needed. You will learn Grimco’s extensive product portfolio and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented sales culture in a market with ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role.
• Able to build rapport quickly and initiate phone outreach.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for customer visits (mileage reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining customer relationships through calls, visits, and consultative selling.
• Prospecting and developing new accounts while growing existing ones.
• Collaborating with your team on shared sales goals - this is a team-based environment, not a sink or swim set-up.
• Conducting on-site visits and product demos when it makes sense for the customer.
• Learning a product portfolio that customers genuinely depend on.
