Qualifications

• Have prior outside sales experience and a mentorship mindset.
• Ability to coach and develop others while growing your book of business.
• Strong face‑to‑face communication and relationship skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Desire to obtain Health & Life licensing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
